Yazd Power Plant Employees’ Cooperative Company (Tak Niro)

Yazd Power Plant Employees’ Cooperative Company (Takniro) was established in 2012 with the aim of producing electric energy, implementing power generation projects and other related industries, operating and repairing power plant generators, and providing commercial services and supplying power plant parts in 1382.

In 1390, this company purchased the 100 MW Shahid Zanbag gas power plant in Yazd from the privatization organization, and in order to grow and develop its business, it has established and invested in satellite companies since 1394. One of the strengths of this collection is the possibility of attracting small capitals and creating a suitable platform for investment in the fields of electricity and energy by using proper credit and gaining public trust. According to the company’s infrastructure and conditions, in 2019, by changing its nature from a conventional cooperative to a joint-stock cooperative, it prepared the steps to enter the stock market and is now waiting for the establishment of the agreed base market (over-the-counter) to insert the symbol in this market and start trading.
